Mosquito Research and Control Unit (MRCU)
The Mosquito Research and Control Unit aims to help Cayman Islands residents by reducing mosquito nuisance and protecting against mosquito-borne diseases such as malaria and dengue which are common in the region, this is achieved through the employment of an Integrated Pest Management approach, using a range of physical, biological and chemical control techniques to minimize nuisance levels of mosquitoes and prevent disease transmission.

The Department of Counselling Services is the agency within the Cayman Islands Government that provides high quality, cost-effective treatment services in the Cayman Islands. All of our services use evidence-based intervention, strength-based model and are culturally sensitive to fulfil specific needs of the diverse population of the Cayman Islands. The Department of Counselling Services contains records on Caribean Haven Residential Centre, The Counseling Centre, Brac Haven - Sister Islands Counselling Centre, The Family Resource Centre.

Health Services Authority (HSA)
The Cayman Islands Health Services Authority (HSA) is a Joint Commission International (JCI) Accredited organisation and the premier healthcare provider in the Cayman Islands.
The George Town Hospital provides care through the 127-bed facility and offers 24-hour accident and emergency services, ambulance services, an urgent care clinic, full maternity services and NICU, haemodialysis, a full-service outpatient pharmacy and several diagnostic and specialist services.
The HSA provides access to care across Grand Cayman through its four district health centres, and outpatient clinics are located at Smith Road Medical Centre and Bay Town House.
In the Sister Islands the Faith Hospital, an 18-bed facility in Cayman Brac serves their residents as well as a clinic in Little Cayman.The HSA makes a commitment to the highest degree of patient care, comfort, and safety, delivered by a competent, professional team of doctors, nurses, and support staff
