The Department of Labour and Pensions (DLP) is providing this calculator as a public service for general illustrative and informational purposes only. The calculator is meant to assist persons in determining leave entitlements per the minimum standard outlined in the Labour Act (2021 Revision). This does not prohibit the employer from providing employment conditions more advantageous to any employee than those minimum standards outlined in the Act. This leave entitlement does not include casual employees or employees on probation.
This calculator is not intended to provide specific advice or recommendations in any circumstances, nor will it generate a complaint or prompt an investigation by the Department of Labour and Pensions. It may not cover aspects of your particular situation, and if inaccurate information is entered, this calculator could produce a different result than an investigation by the DLP.
