Annick Jackman’s professional career spans over 20 years’ experience in organisational development, strategic planning, event management and product development.

Her role as the previous Executive Director for the National Trust for the Cayman Islands (NTCI) ensured that the organisation met objectives as outlined in the NTCI’s strategic plan. This included the oversight of content created to leverage the organisation’s community programmes with special emphasis on promotion of heritage and environment through youth engagement, successful grant outreach and corporate partnerships.

Before this, she held the position of Manager, National Promotions & Events for the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. Her responsibilities there included the development of a marketing and promotional strategy for the emerging market of Latin America, the oversight of the Department’s familiarisation programme and national promotions.

Ms. Jackman studied Public Sector Management and is also a trained Image Consultant who specialises in leadership and public speaking development. She has developed and conducted training for various Government agencies, local and international organisations. She has hosted Caribbean Master Classes which are online conversations with creatives and thought leaders from the region.
