The Customer Service Agent (GCM-ATO) will report to the Duty Manager and will be responsible for attending to passenger check-ins, boarding flights and associated processes in a fast-paced environment.
Head of Finance
Full-timeThe Head of Finance is a member of OfReg’s Management Team and is required to play a key role in the strategic planning and management functions for the Office. The post-holder is required to attend and provide requested reports to the Audit Committee of the Board, the Board and any other meeting requested by the Director of Operations.
The incumbent will ensure that the Office’s assets and financial accounts are maintained-prudently and in accordance with the Office’s policies and procedures and in accordance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and statutes, the Public Management and Finance Act (PMFA), the Public Authorities Act (PAA), the Utility Regulation and Competition Act (URCA) and other relevant statutes designed to strengthen fiscal prudence and oversight.
The Certifying Technician 1 will report to the Production Manager and Production Supervisors and be responsible for ensuring that required standards of quality are achieved for all work carried out within the area.

Manager, Financial Accounting
Full-timeThe Manager, Financial Accounting will report to the Director, Finance & Accounting. The post-holder will be responsible for the supervision of the financial reporting team and a variety of activities that include, but are not limited to, analysis and maintenance of general ledger, financial reporting and budgeting, liaising with auditors, and management of projects.
The post holder will assist the Manager in providing financial and bookkeeping services for the agency, ensuring that the agency fulfils its financial requirements.
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Preparation of correspondence, electronic or otherwise, monthly.
- Assist in maintaining an annual budget.
- Prepares monthly payments to suppliers, employees and all invoices raised against the relevant attraction.
Provide technical oversight and coordination activities in relation to the installation of new and maintenance of current systems within the responsibility of the Communication Navigation & Surveillance (CNS) Section. Support the CNS Manager, the Maintenance Programme Coordinator and supervise a team of Aviation Electronic Technicians. Carry out planned and corrective maintenance of CNS and other electronic equipment owned or operated by the Cayman Islands Airports Authority (CIAA).
